Have you ever walked by something and it caught your eye in a completely new way – even after seeing it numerous times before?
This happened to me earlier this week at my church. As I was on my way to the worship team office, I walked by the baptismal font. The only difference this time, was that the water had been turned off. The water was completely still – making the perfect surface for a reflection. I took the photo and instantly thought “Reflections of Hope”.
I look into the water and see structure, strength, protection, shelter, direction and beauty. Sometimes the most simple views impact me in the biggest ways.
